Audiovisual MAC

At its 9th event, on 28 and 29 May 2008, the Audiovisual MAC will again be the meeting point for the entire local audiovisual sector. The eight events held previously endorse the Audiovisual MAC as the sole event of such characteristics in the European sphere, both in terms of capacity for generating business in the technology sector and promotion of the production and exchange of contents.

The Audiovisual MAC is the meeting point and place for reflection regarding local communication. Professionals can visit the technological fair and the contents market, as well as attend the conference sessions that will take place over the two days with papers on issues affecting the sector. There will also be the awarding of the Audiovisual MAC prizes, created with the aim of incentivising production, quality and innovation in the audiovisual sector.

This year there are four prize categories: New Format Project, Serialised Project, Multiplatform Project and Technological Prize. The I Exhibition of Local TV Programmes will also be held.
